Whenever we make a large investment or purchase for our home, we make sure that we are dealing with reputable people who have good work ethics, are insured by the State of Connecticut and can provide us with service and maintenance should they be required.  As my husband had recent hip revision surgery which made it impossible for him to take a tub bath any longer, we began our search for walk-in-tubs. We did our research on the web and read all pertinent information available. We wanted someone local rather than dealing wiht an out of sate vendor. We found that CT Walk in Tubs in New Britain, sent them an e-mail and received an immediate response. As we were unable to get to their showroom Roman and Igor met us at our home wiht an available unit. Arrangements were made at the time for the installation of our new Walk-In-Tub. The installation was complete in a day and a half. We were amazed at how cleanly they worked, laid drop clothes throughout their working area, picked up everything after themselves and arrived promptly at the time quoted.  My husband is thrilled with this new purchase and we would highly recommend this purchase to anyone having difficulty in using a bathtub. It is truly a worthwhile investment.
