Q.How does the water-tight door work?

A. The water-tight door, which is patent pending, is ingenious. It uses a special material that when compressed by latching the door forms a hydro seal. Additionally, the weight of the water further compresses the door seal increasing the water tightness. We have so much confidence in our seal, we guarantee it for life to the original owner.

Q. How is the quality of our walk-in tubs?

A. Our bathtubs are built and designed to last for years and years with no maintenance except normal surface cleaning. Our bath has been independently tested and will perform without a fail.

Q. What is the warranty?

A. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on One piece construction fiberglass shell, tub finish and the door seal for original owners.  All parts carry a 10 year replacement warranty.

Q. Can the Walk-in Tub also be used as a shower?

A. Yes our tubs come with everything you need to shower, including a roman faucets set with handheld shower, shower rod, and curtain. The shower rod makes it easy to put the handheld shower on the wall and make it look like a conventional shower.

Q. After i ordered my walk in tub, how long will it be before i receive it?

A. CT Walk In Tubs averages an approximate 5-7 business day turnaround from time of order to the time of delivery.
